Im Garten ist ein Porträt des Karl Foerster Gartens in Potsdam Bornim. Wir filmten, wie sich der Garten im Laufe eines Jahres verwandelt - die Pflanzen, das Wetter, das Licht und die Farben. Der Film beginnt im Oktober 2000 und endet im November 2001. „Die Blume erweist sich als größerer Pionier eines neuen Verhältnisses zwischen Welt und Seele, als wir ahnen. Es gehen unvorstellbare Wirkungen von Gärten und Blumen aus “, schrieb der Staudenzüchter und Naturphilosoph Karl Foerster, und ein bißchen hat diese Kraft des Gartens auf uns abgefärbt.
